Who we share your data with
If you complete and submit a ‘Contact Us’ form, the details you completed are emailed to the club volunteers to allow them to respond to your request.
How long we retain your data
If you use the ‘Contact Us’ form, your email, that the form generates is sent to the club volunteers. Your email will be retained until such time as your request has been dealt with. These emails will be deleted from our email server within 2 years of your request but likely much earlier than this.
Where your data is sent
When you submit a ‘Contact Us’ request it may be checked through an automated spam detection service. This service is provided by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
